RARE DRAMS represents Douglas Laing one of the Oldest and most Respected Independent Blenders & Bottlers in Scotland. Each of our bottles come complete with its own tasting notes, with the Old & Rare packaged in their own wooden chest , complete with a Certificate of the numbered bottle inside. These notes enhance the experience of the dram, allowing you to enjoy, compare and to test your own nose and palate. Try to find the "marmalade and honey", the "cod liver oil and seaweed" or the "vanilla ice cream and burnt toffee", or just sit and savour. Single Cask Malt Whisky is the purest form of Scotch Whisky available. The scotch, resting dormant in the cask is bottled for your pleasure without any changes to the "amber nectar" inside. This provides a unique taste in every cask produced. Casks hold limited quantities, ranging from 200 - 600 bottles, and when they are gone, they are gone !
